Standard Shipping: Orders are shipped via FedEx and Parcel Post within the continental U.S. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of the order being received. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery. There is a $24.50 additional charge for delivery to Alaska and Hawaii.
Express FedEx Shipping: For Express Shipping within the continental U.S., please call for quote. If an order is placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, it will not be processed until the following Monday. *NOTE: Due to shipping regulations, we cannot express ship a few of our cleaning products. These items will be shipped separately via FedEx Ground.

Returns: At Thermax Rentals Inc, we are so confident in our customer service, products and their performance, we honor a 30 day satisfaction guarantee*. Before returning any of our products, we encourage all of our customers to email us with any concerns at sales@thermaxrentalsinc.com or call one of our trained customer support staff toll free at 855-THERMAX, to answer any questions or help you with any challenges you may have. If at that time you are still unsatisfied, simply clean and replace the complete system with all parts, accessories, manuals, and solutions in the original Thermax boxes and ship to our corporate office. Please allow four weeks upon receipt and inspection of system to be fully refunded less a 10% restock fee.
